I always look forward to my weekly pilates course with bianka. Her open and energetic nature is contagious. After the course, I feel my muscles but also I feel happy and powerful.
Bianka is an outstanding pilates teacher! Her positivity uplifts every session, making learning enjoyable. I'm grateful for her knack in providing alternatives to challenging exercises, ensuring progress for beginners like myself. Highly recommend her for a fulfilling Pilates experience!
The dance classes Bianka gave was amazing. Thank you. Only unfortunately I'm no longer a professional. 🤣 At least when it comes to choreography. I will learn again!! I always struggle with myself and quickly get annoyed with myself when I don't understand. I just think too much. But Biankas explains it all so well. Better than I've ever had before. She has the patience.
Hi, mein Name ist Karin. Ich bin zwar Ü 70 aber auch in diesem Alter macht es viel Spaß an Biankas Kursen teilzunehmen. Bianka ist eine wunderbare Kursleiterin. Ob jung oder älter, ihre Kurse sind für jedes Alter ein Gewinn für Körper und Seele. Bianka ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Sie führt super beide Kurse. Bei schwierigen Übungen stellt sie auch leichtere Levels vor, so dass jeder Spaß an der Bewegung hat. Ich besuche seit Juni die Kurse bei Bianka und möchte sie nicht mehr missen. Danke Bianka!!!
Unsere Kursleiterin, die Bianka ist eine unglaublich offene und freundliche Person. Mit ihrer enthusiastischen und energetischen Art und Weise zieht sie die Kursteilnehmer im Handumdrehen in ihren Bann und zaubert jedem stets ein Lacheln ins Gesicht. Sie ist immer gut gelaunt und motiviert alle Teilnehmer mit ihrem lebhaften Auftreten. Da sie sich sowohl vor als auch nach ihren Kursen immer die Zeit nimmt, für ihre Teilnehmer und ihnen ein offenes Ohr schenkt, fühlen sich diese bei ihr sehr geborgen und wertgeschätzt, wodurch ihre Kurse immer gut besucht werden und immer mehr Menschen sie aufmerksam werden.
I am not normally a cardio person. I usually have to be forced into it consistently. But Bianka’s dance cardio class makes it fun to the point where it doesn’t feel like work. At the end of the class, I actually feel energized even when I come in exhausted from the day. The choreography is entertaining and a good personal challenge and she is open to music suggestions which always keeps it fresh. I would recommend this class to anyone who feels like getting fit in a fun way.

One big „after class surprise“ that came suddenly is a huge somatic release. Feeling like I ran a marathon (at least in my imagination;)) and there’s yearning that won’t stop. Yearning accompanied by deep, long relieving breaths. That’s a huge sign of relaxation and somatic release. So thanks for this gift as it’s not so easy for me to relax!
Biankas Kurse machen einfach super Spaß! Ihre sympathische Art gibt jedem Kurs einen persönlichen und lustigen Schliff sodass es garantiert immer ein besonderes Erlebnis wird. Man merkt sofort wie viel Erfahrung sie im Tanz und Yoga hat, wodurch sie zu jeder Übung sehr hilfreiches Feedback geben kann.
I‘m training with Bianka since last year and I should say that I’ve received from her the best pilates introduction I could desire. Having had only limited yoga experience I was afraid pilates on reformer would be to harsh for a newbie like me. But I have a very detailed and well-balanced pilates classes. Bianka is a super professional passionate for her job.
Bianka is an incredible person who with her background, as a ballerina, touched people through movements. It's an opportunity to fully explore, experience freedom, happiness to which is a blessed for me. She deeply inspires me with all her knowledge which makes her classes unique and wonderful with gratitude for her presence in my life. Amazing.
Bianka is a spectacular teacher of embodied movement. I took her course end of Summer 2021 after having to put my yoga program in India on hold due to Covid. I chose to train with Bianka and learn her ways of movement knowing her over 20 years of dancing and many years of teaching experience and how that would affect me as an up-and-coming teacher of movement. Struggling with public speaking since my teen years, I had a big issue to teach publicly although knowing this was my calling and path. Bianka worked with me closely, diligently, and carefully, showing me how to teach with confidence and grace. She is astonishingly excellent at her craft and gives this gift to her students in any type of classroom – always giving 110% with love.
I have recently started taking Bianka's Pilates Mat class online and I really enjoy it. She's very engaging, giving good instruction for each position and being that we are a small class it feels personalized. I come from a Pilates reformer background, but I like to mix it up with Pilates mat and Bianka's classes are perfect for that.
Bianka‘s (online) classes are the perfect addition to my busy schedule. She pays close attention to every attendee - no matter whether via the screen or in personal training. She is also a really lovely soul, so training with her feels like visiting a friend and feeding your body energy at the same time.
I’ve been following Bianka’s classes for a year now. Although they’re online classes, but I truly enjoy them. I always have fun and good laughs! I can also see the results of the pilates and barre work out that we did: improved body posture and activated muscles!
